Make the most of the darker winter months with a bit of light exercise and good company at our friendly indoor bowls club. Whether you're a complete beginner or returning to the game, we’ll help you settle in with our welcoming Buddy Scheme — designed to show you around and introduce you to fellow members.
We offer morning, afternoon, and evening sessions, each typically lasting around two hours. During play, there's a comfortable mid-session break in our clubroom, where you can enjoy a hot drink from the kitchen and a chat with other players.
You’ve probably seen bowls played on TV by people of all ages — now's your chance to give it a try right here in New Milton. While we’re proud of our match teams, we also value the fun, social side of the game. Many of our members simply enjoy rolling up with friends in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Our club features two competition-standard rinks and is conveniently located in the town centre, just off Whitefield Road next to the Memorial Hall. We welcome everyone — from first-timers to experienced bowlers who’ve recently moved to the New Forest area. If you're new, why not book a taster session? Just bring casual clothes and flat shoes or trainers — we’ll provide the bowls.

At the indoor club, we offer a mix of friendly roll-ups, a Wednesday League, internal competitions, and matches with other local clubs — plenty of ways to enjoy the game and be part of a welcoming community.
